The home page provides an at-a-glance overview of your AI agent’s active performance.

Period Filter

A dropdown in the top-right corner controls the time range for all the analytics displayed:
  • Today — Current day (charts show hourly breakdowns).
  • Last 7 Days / Last 30 Days — Summary of performance over the past week or month.
  • All Time — The entire lifetime history of the AI agent.
If your account has multiple properties and you select All Hotels, this same filter still applies, but you’ll see an aggregated multi-property view instead of a single hotel’s dashboard.

Dashboard Overview

Channel Toggle

A toggle above the charts lets you filter everything on the page — KPIs and calls chart — by Phone, WhatsApp, or All.

KPI Cards

Four summary cards appear near the top, providing key metrics:

Calls in Period

Total number of AI-handled phone calls.

Average Duration

Mean call length across all calls.

Total Duration

Sum of all call durations.

Transferred to Operator

Share of calls handed off to a live operator at reception.
A fifth card shows WhatsApp Conversations for the period.

Calls Chart

An interactive bar chart showing the call volume over time. Use the dropdown above the chart to switch between:
  • Number of Calls
  • Average Duration
  • Total Duration
Hovering over any bar will show a tooltip with the exact computed value.

Categorie

The Categorie section breaks your conversations into 8 fixed categories and supports two views — switch between them with the Lista | Grafico toggle:
A sortable table showing, for each category:
  • Topic — The category name (e.g. Reservation Inquiry, Directions, Hours, Menu, Complaint, and others).
  • Volume — Number of conversations in that category.
  • Share % — That category’s share of total conversations, visualized with a branded bar.
  • Transfer to Operator — The number and percentage of conversations where the guest was transferred to a live operator.
Topics that don’t match a known category are grouped under Other, so shares always sum to 100%.
The Transfer to Operator column is especially useful for spotting topics where guests frequently need human help — a high transfer rate on a specific topic can signal a gap in your AI knowledge base worth filling.

Topic Emergenti

The Topic Emergenti section surfaces the specific topics your guests actually raise — discovered automatically from your hotel’s real conversations, beyond the 8 fixed categories. It also supports a Grafico | Lista toggle:
A packed-bubble chart of your discovered topics, all in a consistent accent color. Click any bubble to drill straight into the matching conversations.
Topics are discovered automatically from your hotel’s conversation history and refreshed periodically. New hotels or hotels with very few conversations may see this section populate gradually over the first days of activity.

Common Questions (FAQ)

The AI agent might not have received calls yet. Check the period filter — if it’s set to “Today” but your latest calls were yesterday, adjust the range. Also make sure you’ve selected the right property.
Data is strictly filtered by the selected time period and the chosen property. Ensure you are not looking at “All Hotels” when aiming for a specific property’s metrics.
A transfer is recorded whenever Ecco successfully hands off a live call to one of your configured reception numbers. Calls where the guest asked but the transfer was outside availability hours — or where no operator was reachable — are not counted as successful transfers.
Every night, Ecco automatically analyzes your hotel’s conversation summaries to build and update a topic taxonomy specific to your property. Conversations are then classified against that taxonomy — so the topics you see reflect what your guests actually ask about, not a generic list.
Altri groups conversations that were analyzed but didn’t match any of the discovered topics — for example, very short exchanges or atypical requests. It’s pinned at the bottom of the list and excluded from the bubble chart so it doesn’t distort the visual.
