Finding Your Way Around
The Sidebar
The left sidebar is your main navigation. It shows your current workspace (property name and status) at the top, then a Dashboard link, followed by three labelled sections: Attività
Conoscenza
Impostazioni
Use the toggle button at the top of the sidebar to collapse it down to an icon-only rail or expand it back to the full labelled view — whichever suits your screen size and workflow. Section labels are replaced by hairlines when collapsed, but every link and badge remains fully accessible.
Sidebar badges
Two count badges appear in the sidebar to surface the things that need your attention most:Conversations badge
A count next to Conversations shows how many WhatsApp and OTA threads are waiting for attention right now — the same conversations highlighted in the tab bar inside the page. It updates automatically every 30 seconds. The badge is hidden when there’s nothing waiting.
Properties badge
A count next to Properties shows how many AI-generated Knowledge Base suggestions are pending your review. Tackle these to keep the AI’s answers accurate. The badge disappears once all suggestions are resolved.
The badges stay visible whether the sidebar is expanded (trailing the label) or collapsed to the icon-only rail (overlaid on the icon). Either way, the number is the same.
Sidebar footer
At the bottom of the sidebar you’ll find three quick-access items:The Documentation link opens https://docs.tryecco.com in a new tab — handy for looking something up without leaving the dashboard. When the sidebar is collapsed to icon-only, it shows as a tooltip on hover.
