Ecco is an AI-powered voice receptionist for hotels and restaurants. When a guest calls a property that uses Ecco, an intelligent voice agent answers the phone, handles the conversation, and captures important information such as booking requests, directions, hours inquiries, and more. The Ecco Dashboard is the web application where you can:
  • Monitor all incoming AI-handled calls and their outcomes.
  • Manage booking/reservation requests captured by the AI.
  • Train the AI with custom FAQs, documents, and web links.
  • Configure the voice assistant’s personality, language, greeting, and schedule.
  • View analytics on call volume, duration, categories, and success rates.
The dashboard automatically adapts labels and terminology depending on your business (e.g., “Check-in / Check-out” for hotels, “Reservation Date / Time” for restaurants).

Getting Started — Login & First Steps

  1. Navigate to your dashboard URL (e.g., https://dashboard.tryecco.com).
  2. A sign-in screen will appear.
  3. Enter your email and password.
  4. After successful login, you will be redirected to the main Dashboard.
Sign-up is disabled. Customers cannot create their own accounts; accounts are created directly by the Ecco team. If you’ve forgotten your password, use the “Forgot password?” link on the login page.
