1. Voice & Personality Configuration
The Configuration tab lets you define the core identity of the AI:| Setting | Description |

| Property Name | The name the AI uses internally to refer to your establishment during conversations. |
| Assistant Name | What the AI introduces itself as (defaults to your user’s first name). |
| Voice Selection | Choose from over 20 distinct ElevenLabs voice profiles (e.g., “Veda Sky - Female”). |
| Greeting Text | The opening message the AI will recite the moment it answers a call. You can use dynamic template variables like {{hotelName}} for automated framing! |
| Default Language | The primary language the AI agent actively speaks and listens in (Italian, English, Spanish, French, German, Dutch). |
2. Schedule & Hours
This tab defines exactly when the AI receptionist is authorized to pick up incoming calls.Weekly Schedule
You can easily define a 7-day schedule pattern (Monday through Sunday) with multiple time blocks per day, or toggle entire days “On” or “Closed”.| Schedule Modes | Behavior |

| Always On | The AI answers calls 24/7, ignoring the designated weekly schedule logic. |
| Always Off | The AI is effectively muted and will not answer any calls. |
| Scheduled / Weekly | The AI strictly answers only during the valid time blocks defined below in the weekly pattern. |
