The Settings page offers robust tools to customize your AI receptionist’s identity and active hours.

1. Voice & Personality Configuration

The Configuration tab lets you define the core identity of the AI:

Property NameThe name the AI uses internally to refer to your establishment during conversations.
Assistant NameWhat the AI introduces itself as (defaults to your user’s first name).
Voice SelectionChoose from over 20 distinct ElevenLabs voice profiles (e.g., “Veda Sky - Female”).
Greeting TextThe opening message the AI will recite the moment it answers a call. You can use dynamic template variables like {{hotelName}} for automated framing!
Default LanguageThe primary language the AI agent actively speaks and listens in (Italian, English, Spanish, French, German, Dutch).
A Voice Preview play button lets you immediately hear how the currently selected voice will sound reading your custom greeting. Saving: You must click the Save button to persist your changes to the live agent!

2. Schedule & Hours

This tab defines exactly when the AI receptionist is authorized to pick up incoming calls.

Weekly Schedule

You can easily define a 7-day schedule pattern (Monday through Sunday) with multiple time blocks per day, or toggle entire days “On” or “Closed”.

Always OnThe AI answers calls 24/7, ignoring the designated weekly schedule logic.
Always OffThe AI is effectively muted and will not answer any calls.
Scheduled / WeeklyThe AI strictly answers only during the valid time blocks defined below in the weekly pattern.

Schedule Exceptions (Special Dates)

For holidays, unexpected closures, or special extended hours, you can create manual overrides. By selecting a date constraint in the picker, you force the AI to behave differently exclusively for that date (e.g., completely “Off” during Christmas Eve), superseding whatever the standard weekly routine commands.

3. Integrations

Subsequent sections within settings may feature configuration wizards for third-party tools, such as syncing data with your Property Management System (PMS), or setting up a WhatsApp Business hook so the AI can engage via text!
