The Conversations Page
Chats appear in the same Conversations table as calls, marked with a WhatsApp badge. Filter the list by source (Phone / WhatsApp) to see only chats. Opening a chat shows the same detail view as a call: full transcript and AI summary, with automatic translation if you’re browsing in a different language than the guest wrote in.Settings

Preserve WhatsApp Business notifications
When this switch is on, Ecco skips sending typing indicators to guests. This keeps your unread-message badges and notifications intact inside the WhatsApp Business app — useful if your team monitors the inbox and relies on those alerts.When it’s off (the default), guests see the AI typing indicator as it composes a reply, which gives a more responsive feel but clears unread notifications in WhatsApp Business.
